Your bell tent is ready for you with:

Please help us keep the tents lovely for everyone by not eating or drinking inside your tent. You’re very welcome to use our communal marquee for food and drinks.

Our hot showers and toilets are available 24 hours a day.
Please help us keep the facilities clean and tidy for the next person.
☕ DRUM ROLLS
Breakfast starts here!
Drum Rolls opens from 7am every morning until 7pm.
Perfect for grabbing something before heading into Edinburgh for a busy day at the Festival.
🔋 CHARGING & GETTING READY
We know phones are rather essential during the Fringe!
You’ll find phone charging facilities, power packs and hairdryers available on site.
We also have our Pamper Room for getting ready before heading into town.
🚌 GETTING INTO EDINBURGH
Leave the car behind and let the bus do the work!
Lothian Buses 3 & 29 stop near the top of our drive and take you towards Edinburgh city centre. Please see below a link to Lothian Buses website.
BBQs and fire pits are available for guests to use. Please only use them in the designated areas and follow the safety information provided on site.

Campsite Rules
Check-in: From 3pm
Check-out: By 10am
Please respect fellow guests, staff, and the campsite always.
Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am.
Please be considerate of neighbouring guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Early check-in or late check-out is only available if agreed in advance.
Hen parties, stag parties, and similar party-style groups are not permitted.
Anti-social, disruptive, unsafe, or criminal behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any behaviour impacting other guests’ enjoyment may result in removal from site without refund.
Cooking inside bell tents is strictly prohibited.
Smoking or vaping inside tents is strictly prohibited.
Open flames, candles, naked flames, and personal heaters are not permitted inside tents.
Guests must not move tents, furniture, bedding, or campsite equipment.
Toilets, showers, washing-up areas, and communal spaces are shared facilities.
Please leave all communal areas clean and tidy after use.
Be respectful of other guests when using shared spaces.
BBQs and fire pits may only be used in designated communal areas.
BBQs and fire pits must never be left unattended.
Guests must comply with all fire safety notices and instructions.
All guests under 18 must be always supervised by a responsible adult.
Please take extra care around uneven ground, tent ropes, fire pits, and shared facilities.
Pets are not permitted on site
Vehicles must only be parked in designated parking areas.
Climbing trees, walls, or estate structures is strictly prohibited.
Please respect private gardens and residential areas.
Drum House is a private family home and is not open to the public.
Do not feed the horses or ponies on the estate.
Please keep to designated roads and paths.
Do not enter livestock or farming fields.
Picking fruit from trees or bushes is strictly prohibited.
Please respect the privacy of estate residents and avoid loitering near buildings or homes.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
